A Half Beef share from Heart L Ranch provides approximately 200 - 250 lbs of high-quality meat. Our cattle are raised on native grass pastures, supplemented with hays, and grain-finished to ensure the best marbling and flavor.
A Full Beef share from Heart L Ranch provides approximately 400 - 500 lbs of premium meat. Our cattle are raised on native grass pastures, supplemented with hays, and grain-finished to ensure optimal marbling and flavor.
At Heart L Ranch we sell whole and half shares of quality beef. To order beef, simply purchase a Whole or Half Beef Deposit online or by contacting us. Once your deposit is received your beef is reserved and we will send you an email with a custom cut sheet to select your desired beef products.
Beef shares are available throughout the year, but spots are limited. Available pickup dates are listed under the Whole and Half Beef Deposits listed under the “Order Beef” tab. Contact us to arrange an alternate pickup date or ask about delivery.
Our beef is primarily sold for pick-up. However, delivery can be arranged on a case-by-case basis within Utah and nearby areas for an additional fee. Please contact us to inquire about delivery options.
